Description
The course is about understanding one’s emotions with highlight on anger. Since anger is one of our basic emotions, it is important to know more about its management in order for us and the people around us have an optimal quality of life. The course will also highlight certain injunctions from the hadith and sunnah that will help us understand our anger better. Assertiveness, aggression, and passivity will also be discussed and nuanced.
Finally, after knowing more about those things, the course will be wrapped up by understanding and devising your own coping strategies and anger management plan which you can immediately use and apply right after taking this course.

Requirements:
No prior knowledge on mental health nor psychology is needed. Just an open mind to discover something for their mental wellness is needed.
