| Biography | Aysha Abrar is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Prenatal & Postnatal Exercise Specialist, Birth Mentor, Doula, and Childbirth Educator, passionate about supporting mothers with Evidence-based care that is rooted in islamic traditions, culturally inclined as well scientifically sound. Holding a Diploma in Natural Nutrition and certified in Chemicals and Health from Johns Hopkins University, she focuses on preventive care, infant gut health, and empowering women to make informed choices during fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Being a founder of her Maternal Health Services Ahlan Motherhood, previously Homeschool 101, her initiatives are centered on Islamic Motherhood Support, and Sustainable Community Growth. A Computer Science graduate from BITS Pilani and a student of Fiqh & Tafseer, Aysha integrates faith and science in her work. As a mother of three naturally and water-birthed children, she draws on her experiences to help women feel confident and connected to their motherhood journey as something that is blessed. She also unschool’s her kids, embracing productivity and purpose in family life. Her greatest pillar of support is her husband, a man deeply passionate about holistic, natural living. He encourages and empowers her to pursue her mission of creating impactful change for women while staying true to Islamic values. Together, they share a vision of faith-driven living, sustainability, and contributing positively to the community. His belief in family wellness, balanced living, and education with purpose inspires Aysha’s projects and their shared journey of growth as a family.
