Dr. Sufi is an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, Kashmir. She has also worked as a management faculty at the University of Kashmir and Central University of Kashmir. Her areas of research interest include microfinance, service marketing, entrepreneurship, finance and banking. She earned her PhD in Islamic Microfinance from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She holds an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from Bangalore University. Dr Sufi has published many research papers in renowned journals and presented her work at national and international forums.
